报告摘要：We discuss the security issue in the state estimation problem for a networ model of joint false data injection (FDI) attack is established wherein attacks are injecte the communication channels. Such a model is general that includes most existing FDI a joint FDI attacks are subjected to limited access and/or resource constraints, and this giv be examined one by one. Our objective is to establish the so-called insecurity conditions sequence capable of driving the estimation bias to infinity while bypassing the ano generalized inverse theory, necessary and sufficient conditions are derived for the scenarios. Subsequently, easy-to-implement algorithms are proposed to generate attack sequences on insecure NC scenarios. In particular, by using a matrix splitting technique, the constraint-induced sparsity of the attack vectors.
个人简介：许文盈，东南大学副教授，硕士生导师，德国洪堡学者，江苏省网络群体智能重点实验室成员。入选江苏省青年科技人才托举工程，江苏省双创博士，东南大学至善青年学者。主要从事复杂网络系统分布式事件驱动控制与安全分析的理论研究及应用，在国际重要学术期刊和会议发表论文 40 余篇，其中 3 篇论文曾入选 ESI 高被引论文 (Top 1%)，曾荣获香港城市大学周亦卿研究生奖学金 (全校 5 名博士生/年)、香港城市大学杰出学术奖、江苏省优秀硕士论文等。目前担任 2个SCI 期刊编委，担任多个国际重要会议副编辑和程序委员会委员。
